Google Workspace & eM Client
Sometimes you come across products and services which just work well in your digital eco-system, so this page is dedicated to showing you what I use as my email provider and email client.
Is this a paid infomercial? No. This is genuinely what I use.
Everyday someone comments to be about email issues and I know how frustrating this can be. Emails go missing, having to delete emails because you're about to hit your mailbox size limit, etc. We've all gone through this.
These products work well for me and may work well for you too, so let me explain what these products are and how they can work for you!
Google Workspace formally G Suite
The best Email Platform and Office Suite I've come across!
There was the wheel, sliced bread, and then Google Workspace! Google Workspace is a product from Google which contains an email platform and online office suite solution, which means Google Workspace can provide email hosting, which you can retain your own email addresses and email domain (i.e. you@youremail.com.au), word document, spreadsheet and digital slideshow services, as well as in-cloud storage options for files from PC, Laptop and Mac, through to your tablet and mobile phone.
The big question for businesses is always cost, and the great thing is Google Workspace is very affordable, and is one of the best all-in-one solutions out there.
If you're interested in Google Workspace and want more information especially on costings, see the link below which goes to the Workspace page on Google.
eM Client
A great Email Client which integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace
Google Workspace can be used without a native email client online, however I'm like most users who likes a physical email client on my PC as I feel more productive. Microsoft Outlook is the obvious choice here, which I used for years (which I'm sure you do as well), however I took the leap of faith to go with an email client which is more suited to the Google Workspace eco-system.
The leap from Microsoft Outlook to eM Client isn't easy, as you're worried that you're going to miss certain features from Outlook which might not be in eM Client, or getting used to a different user interface, however once I was committed, I haven't looked back and have found that eM Client works far better with Google Workspace then what Outlook ever did.
Now I find that eM Client works and feels like MS Outlook did. If you're using Google Workspace, it syncs your Emails, Calendars, Contacts and Tasks; and has additional services which Outlook doesn't have, for instance, you're able to use the Hangouts Chat\Instant Messenger directly from eM Client.
I've put the link below if you wish to have a further look via their website.
